Why watch this film?
In Blumhouse's continuation of the cult hit The Craft, an eclectic foursome of aspiring teenage witches get more than they bargained for as they lean into their newfound powers.
"In 1996, the movie 'The Craft' hit theaters. It was a moderate success. Reasonable box office, lukewarm reviews, and a slightly excited audience. Unexplainably, however, the feature film returns to the screens 24 years later with 'The Craft: Legacy', a story that seeks to dive into the legacy of those witches from the first and so forgettable movie. Here, some of the problems of 'The Craft' repeat themselves: the characters are a bit too stereotyped, some stories are banal and the rhythm does not excite so much. On the other hand, however, it is interesting to follow the modernization of the story of witches and sorcerers, even if it is not as expected."
