"World War II was a defining moment for Poland. The young country (which was recreated after the end of World War I) was invaded and became the site of some of the worst atrocities committed by the Nazis. Many of the Poles who resisted the occupation went on to fight alongside the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom, equipped with obsolete Hawker Hurricane planes. 'Hurricane' tells the story of these combatants, particularly in the memorable Battle of Britain - when the German Luftwaffe surrounded and attacked London for more than three months. A memorable story that also has an important place in the national sentiment of Poland. The result is a competent movie that will certainly engage those who enjoyed '1917' and, especially, 'Dunkirk'. It is also worth mentioning that the cast includes Iwan Rheon, Ramsay Bolton from 'Game of Thrones'."
