Mohan a struggling musician meets two sisters Kamini and Asha daughters of wealthy Seth Harichand who helps Mohan in becoming a music director.Kamini loves Mohan but she scarifies her love after she finds Asha also loves him and gets both of them married.After marriage things don't work out between Asha and Mohan.Asha starts finding Mohan's music boring and affair between him and Kamini,A pregnant Asha slips from stairs and es away but before that hands her baby to Kamini.
